Through design development, what started out as a small extension with outdoor canopy area transformed into a larger fully enclosed space.

This house now benefits from a large open plan kitchen/ dining area and adjoining sun room with expansive glazing to the garden allowing the area to be fully utilised all year round.

In addition to this, the house was fully refurbished and the back garden landscaped.
