Marshall House Extension

This existing bungalow with a series of historic extensions suffered from a poor internal layout and no direct connection to the garden. As part of a complete remodel the rear of the property was amended to create a large open plan kitchen/family space with connection to the garden. In addition the entire roof structure was removed and replaced with a new truss arrangement allowing the formation four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
